Removing cavities with a microscope will preserve as much healthy tissue as possible. The pulp will then be capped with a specific material to keep it alive. In certain clinical situations your practitioner may have to delegate treatment to a specialist. Endodontics is a specialty of dental surgery that treats diseases of the interior of the tooth and their complications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Endodontic treatment is necessary when the pulp of a tooth is inflamed or infected.
