Hyaluronic acid injection
When improving the aesthetics of the smile, it is important to take into account the teeth themselves, their shape, their position, their tint, but also the entire perioral region that is to say the lips and their immediate environment. Hyaluronic acid injections are part of a therapeutic framework.
Indeed, the aging of the tissues is responsible for a decrease in the volume of the lips and the appearance of wrinkles, folds and areas of shade.
Naturally present in the skin, hyaluronic acid ensures its hydration, elasticity and firmness.
Used in injectable form, it can restore volume to the lips, or simply fill the wrinkles around them.
Hyaluronic acid chosen by our firm is a product of non-animal origin, biocompatible, natural and absorbable after about 12 months.
What is hyaluronic acid?
This molecule of the family of polysaccharides (or sugars) is known since 1934. Naturally present in the body, it is one of the essential components of the skin.
Hyaluronic acid synthesized in the body tends to decrease in quality and deteriorate in quality during the time when a progressive drying of the skin and appearance of wrinkles, symbols of aging.
In injection in the form of transparent and homogeneous visco elastic gel, hyaluronic acid is an excellent moisturizer. Its ability to retain water gives it its highly moisturizing power and contributes to its tone: it retains water in the skin and prevents dehydration. Thus, it gives back to the skin all its elasticity and makes it luscious. Hyaluronic acid also has antioxidant properties, especially against solar radiation.
